He has given me a tracking number and the weight seemed to be about right when I tracked the package. Other times that he had said it was "on the way" proved to be inacurate or it wouldn't have come to this. I'll give the man the benifit of the doubt right now and for this "last" time. It takes to much energy to hold a grudge when a wrong has been made right.
