Ben, And the Kentucky economy has suffered ever since. Geesh, Ben, the stuff the man was imbibing was the same stuff Kentuckians brag to be the finest. Arent you glad he didnt go to Tennessee for some of that good J.D. Black? On a lighter note, It never fails to amaze me how Kerrys behavior 30 yrs ago is excusable because it happened 30 yrs ago, but Bush"s behavior isn"t. I would much rather have a reformed Drunk for my President than a traitor who consorted with the enemy. For that, Kerry has never apologized, even rationalizing it as behavior committed by a foolish youth. But then I guess Treason is much more forgivable than Drinking indiscriminately. Oh, by the way, Mr Bush has been sober for over 25 years, and alcohol has never influenced any decision he has made as President. So once again, I ask you to name one instance in which he asked someone to hold his beer while he conducted a war or signed a piece of legislation, or any other cocomamie thing you can think of.
