Looking for any ideas or suggestions on moving a non-running TD9. I am considering purchasing it, but the engine has seized (sitting for 9 years). Clutches appear to be free. I have contacted the tow truck companies with 5 ton wreckers, but they don't have trailer capable of carrying the weight. The regular low boy haulers will only move a machine capable of loading and unloading itself. Next option is to possibly rent an EX200 and have it push the unit on to the trailer, haul 10 miles down the road and then unload it, but as you can imagine this is getting expensive. Any ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.
