Well almost any small tractor will probanbly do OK at what you want. I would look for one with low gears as you may want to creep over rocks, stumps and other rough areas. Fords, unless they have the Sherman transmission, don't have the lowest of low gears. They are a good tractor, but I don't think they are as good as some folks seem to think. You might want a tractor with foot brakes, some had only hand brakes which can be harder to operate when you need to steer too, as in the woods. You can't just use one brake or hold the wheel with a knee sometimes. Fairley high clearence and a well protected radiator would be usefull too. You can always fabricate a radiator guard which might be a good idea anyway.
