Your right, the teachers make all the difference in the world not only in the way the kids behave but also in the way they learn and their desire to learn. Reading Ol Chiefs post I have to say that's one of the craziest things I've heard, but nowdays it's not all that unusual to see and hear crazy stuff from the school system. My roomates boy is in special ed classes. He's almost nine and still has problems reading and writing. Funny thing is instead of concentrating on teaching these kids to read and write in English, they're already throwing Spanish at them. If they want to teach kids a second language that's fine, nowdays it's a benefit knowing one, but TEACH THEM ENGLISH FIRST.......Just my .02
