Hook or Unhook?

This is OT but I could not find a better place to post. Is there any reason to unhook a loaded gooseneck trailer from a pickup that is fully loaded but not overloaded for 3 - 5 days? I don't want to over stress the truck but it sure can be hard to jack back up on an "old" man if I unhook it. As I said, the truck isn't overloaded but I don't want to damage suspension or tires. Is that a concern or are they built to take the pressure? Thanks.
