Hi Terry, Right behind the plow and hit 'er at somewhat of an angle; that's what they are for. Like I said earlier, I haven't seen a disc used behind a plow since the late 40s or maybe '50, '51....We do the discing in front of the plow if we are laying down a lot of heavy trash. Allan
