I have a 99 V-10 F250 Super Duty Super Cab with auto and 110,000 miles on it. I installed the K & N air filter on it and I clean and re-oil it every 20k miles. My problems with this 99 is keeping the front hubs working with the electronic selector. Front hubs redone three times. I also have a 2002 F250 crew cab auto 4 x 4 with the PowerStroke and it has 66000 miles on it and this one is great. I also put a K & N filter on this one and run Robetella synthetic oil. I tow a 20 ft enclosed trailer most of the time so I abuse it quite a bit but have had nothing fail. If I owned your F 350 with only 91000, I would spend the monies and get a used engine (block, heads, turbo)if <50% cost of the new one and if I could not get a used one, I would spend the monies and get the new one and get it back on the road. Should run 300,000 - 400,000 miles if maintained.
