I don't know how close you are to New Orleans, but that's where you can get them cheap. With our trade surplus, many more container ships coming in with them than going out. Out in NO east I see piles of them along the Industrial Canal.

Along I-10 west of Mobile, there's another place that sells them too. Basically, any port that handles container ships will likely have a local surplus and someone trying to get rid of them.....
