Your shift lever slipped out of the shift forks, leaving the transmission jammed in a couple of gears. You'll have to remove the tranny cover, line the slots in the shifters up in the neutral position, and carefully replace the cover, while making sure the lower end of the shift lever drops into the lined-up shifters.
