During the respective debates, Kerry and Edwards each said that if terrorists strike the USA, they would be hunted down and killed. Both candidates also insist that actions must be with a coalition-apparently one larger-including more nations- than exists in the action in Iraq. So this means that other nations could veto any action against terrorists by simply refusing to participate in a coalition. Talk about tying ones own hands behind the back!
