Try slime, there is a lot of catcus here, I put slime in my tires, it works, and is cheap, the make it for tube and tubless tires. I have it in all my tractor tires, about once a year I have to add air. I had to make a quick trip to the sale barn, flat tire on stock trailer, I put in the slime aired it up with the ideal of fixing it later, that was three years and several road trips ago.
