Kevin: Both prices sound reasonable, if not exactly cheap. The Farmall has 4 speeds forward, which is a plus, and both have about the same horsepower. Don"t let the 12-volt conversion scare you--there"s less than a dozen wires on the entire tractor and reams of advice availible (here and elsewhere) about troubleshooting the system.
