In my service company trucks, 3 F-350's, I used a good quality coolant ( Ford does not make their own ) cut to 50 % but make sure it is low silicate antifreeze. It would be a good idea to add an appropriate measure of coolant additive to prevent cavatation in the liners. Also if the hoses are getting a little stiff, now would be a good time to replace them!
