Hello Spike. As I read your post, the first thing that went through my mind was to find a farmer(s) or impliment dealer(s) to ask questions and to show you. They say that the only dumb questions are the ones not asked. Tractors and impliments are very dangerous, and trial and error could cause injuries or much worse. Books often give great pointers, but the best way to learn is to do it "hands on", under the guidence of someone experienced. Good luck, use it in good health, and TALK TO FARMERS OR DEALERS THAT KNOW. You just might be surprised at what a farmer would be willing to share with you, and how much he or she might enjoy doing it. Don't let yourself or a family member get...
