Not sure I have decided on the pop to the top thingy. But one advantage of the new software is that it would be easy for the administrator to block the abusers from posting. At least they would have to register as someone else, but if the same emails was used to block them as well, of course they could get a new hotmail account, but then no system is totally foolproof. :(
