John Deere Model #71 Flex Planter question.

Next year will see us planting a couple acres of sweetcorn, a couple acres of greenbeans, and a hodgpodge of other veggies. I bought a #71 flex planter to handle the planting chores. My neighbor wants a few "food plots" planted on his property. The thought entered my mind to "no-till" them for him with the flex planter. I would need to add some weights on the toolbar, in order to get the disc openers in the ground. Has anyone ever tried this? I don't want to move my 8 row 7200 planter just to do a couple acres. John
