That may be true in some cases, but certainly not in all. We have a German 4435 combine here that would get it's clock cleaned in the field by a plain old 6620. He didn't gain a performance advantage, just a lot of parts headaches. And a lot of the machines that are being imported are not the latest and greatest, and there are machines here that would outperform them. It's a simple case of people trying to meet a demand for low-buck machines and trying to make a killing doing it. These importers are nothing more than big-time machinery jockeys.
