Coloken...I guess I"ll direct this toward you as your sharp criticism seems to urge me to...back when I was a boy we didn"t have a weatherman on every channel...fact of the matter was...you might get a broad forecast on the radio, if you had a radio. I"ve seen many a farmer halt his team or stop his tractor and say "better get that hay in to the barn cause its gonna rain. They studied the sky and some felt it in their bones as the older ones said. So weather and farming went hand in hand years ago...I guess your too young to realize this. Did you say anything about the original poster a page or two back? Maybe if you get a post that doesn"t go along with your idea of a good post someone should show you where the delete key is. Sorry to be a grouch...but if you are gonna dish it out...you better be able to take it too! Fred OH PS You older fellows remember using the static crashes on the AM radio to tell when a storm was coming?
