Belarus hydraulics

I have just bought a early 90"s model 310 Belarus tractor. After 3 or 4 uses the 3-point hitch will not lift. Found out it was OUT of fluid. My fault, I knew better than not to check behind the other owner. Anyway I refilled but now it still will not lift. Being a first timer with a tractor, I was wondering if someone could tell me how to solve this. The pump is running and I get "some" pressure but no movement. Is there a way to bleed this system? Help me please!!!
