engine question

"I have a 730 gas (1961) that has been sitting for about 10+/- years. I have pulled the heads and started to clean up the rocker arm assemblies. THe rocker-arm shaft(s) is pretty rusty from years of sitting with condensate inside the engine. (I've pulled the pan a while ago but don't remember what it looked like). Question: will I likely have trouble with the rest of the internals on the lower end of the engine too? ALso I goofed up trying to tap the shaft out of one of the rockerarms and pushed in the end plug. are there replacements for those???? THANKS VERY MUCH IN advance for the help!!!! any other advice?????"
