They have not yet determined if the driver had an the appropriate license or not. He lives in Florida and drives for a trucking company out of Indiana that only has 3 trucks. That company was involved in a previous death accident a couple years ago. There was no evidence of alcohol or drugs. The investigation is centering on him falling asleep based on witness's reports and evidence at the scene. He is being held on $2 million bond.
