That's unfortunate, but I kind've think that that kind've stuff is here to stay. Often caused by book (PC) smarts these days. It seems that the day of common sense and hands-on skill is going, going, ... As a service technician, if I'm working on something or in an area that something gets blown out of the water, the first thing that I do is retrace my steps and take a look at it. I don't care for eating crow in front of a customer, but there's nothing like denying it to a customer, then having to go back and get caught with your pants down. May as well just drop your pants in front of the customer and get it over with, fix what you probably caused, then beat feet before the cops get there for dropping your pants. Ha Ha Ha Ha.
