It's a dealer-level problem, not a GM problem. You could just as easily run into the same thing at a Ford dealership. Kind of like guys I've seen on here complaining about Deere when it's the dealer's problem. The parent corporation can't control everything, unfortunately. But I agree that they didn't fix the original problem the first time, and that the intake gaskets leaking "since the original repair" is a crock. I'd tell them to stick any further deductible you know where, and that if they're so "customer-oriented", they should fix it right the first time.
