In my state if you are a serial killer and pay $25 you can get a license. I went to one auction, saw the guys kids bidding the price up, reported it to the department of regulation and licensing, they sent me a nice note thanking me... that was years ago and the crook is still in business. Quite frankly, if I had something to auction, I'd set it on fire before I'd do business with any auctioneer.
