We have cats around our shop for the same reason. The only remains we have ever found was from a litter of kittens one of the bunch had. There are always one or two that come up missing once in a while beyond the roadkills, but never any remains from them. I can't say what's getting yours, but we have found bobcat tracks around many times after a "dissapearance". After the incident with the kittens we found several tracks that were really too big for even a bobcat unless it was a huge son of a gun. I've never seen one personally but several years ago my Uncle and several others saw a black panther not 30 miles from us so there is no telling what is lurking around the shop at night.
