OT HANGING A DINNER BELL

We have inherited grandmas old dinner bell that her grandmother had.It is about 18 inches across and about 30 lbs. has a spindle out each side with a bell crank out one side. We want to hang it from a tree. Anybody have any ideas. P.S. This outta get my dad in trouble.
