i need a little help!

i just bought a kabota b6100E and i does not run. i have no info on this tractor other than i hasn't been started in about 3 years (motor is not stuck). i would like any and all info i can get. like any specs on it what type of oil is best to use hydro power anything. thanks alot brandon
