Draw the daigram, scan it if you do it by hand, save as a jpg or bmp. IF you use a draw program, save the file as bmp or jpg.

Open your wordpad document and click the insert button, select object, then you can choose the file from the menu and insert it into your document.

You can then move it around if you want.
