i had a simular thing happen with a dozer a couple years ago, i was pushing back some boulders in a woodsroad when a fairly small vine got caught up in the track and pulled down a big dead tree branch ontop of the machine, i heard the cracking and looked up to see this huge mess of vines and branches coming down at me, that was scary, not much i could do, i just sorta covered my head with my hands and ducked, luckly nothing big got me, the bigger branches rested across the hood and fuel tank, took a while to get that mess off the dozer tho, i was very lucky that day, it could have been much worst
