Retirement speech

Have been there and done that; my only suggestion is you think ahead what you want to say and don't shoot from the hip extemporaneously. There is always the possibility A. you will say some things you later wish you hadn't. B. then in retrospect you will think of some things you wish you had said. I agree with the advice, don't use it as "pay back", go out on a positive note, head high and looking forward to what is ahead. Good luck; in retirment others will find plenty to keep you occupied. " He's retired, has time to spare; ask him to do "it", whatever "it" may be. Count on it! PC
