I gotta farm now i need tractor

my great aunt passed away and left me a 80 acre farm that she wants kept in the family and farmed i figured it is the right thing to do so i am needing a tractor what type do you think i should get i am not a big farmer guy but i do know a little about some models of tractors one guy told me a 1655 oliver would do good for me or a JD 3010 is this true what would you guys get if it was you ?
