I believe it is security level settings with allowing cookies. Norton & Mcafee change these settings on you at times without one realizing it.... The Mac where we allow cookies has no problem at all, ever. The PC where I have to keep things pretty tight to keep out 1/2 of the junk that comes in has a lot of issues with this password cookie.
