Obviously if you aren�t living in the house you�re trying to �Fix-Up� is a much better/faster situation, but sometimes we can�t control that. You didn�t say what kind of skills you have. If you know how to carpentry, pumbing, etc, it can be very rewarding. If you do not, these projects can turn into a nightmare Good luck, keep us posted. Mark Hill
