Have HP psc 1350 all-in-one. Has had print cartridge errors since soon after purchase. It is now unable to print a full page without a print cartridge error. New cartridges do not correct the problem. Reinstalling driver software does not. I am at a loss as to the reason for the problem, unless it is a hardware problem that needs repair. Are there any other HP 1350 users out there with a similar experience? Would welcome any information. Also, I would like to purchase a new, higher quality printer for my new computer designs business. I would like help in knowing what to look for. Print quality, color and b&w, required. Ability to print on envelopes and cardstock necessary. Copy and scan features a plus. Information or websites welcomed. Thank you for any info or help you can provide.

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
