Phil, Before you start looking for a liners look down where the liners would go,inside the block at the thin area between the liner holes, GOOD chance your block is cracked .it would run from the bottom of the liner seat to the main bearings,If you had water in the oil before you tore the motor down,,LOOK for the cracks.. Al.
