Just a word of advice (comes from a neighbour's experience).If someone is interested in the timbers and lumber, make sure the barn is levelled and cleaned up before any of the good wood is removed. Neighbour had a fellow promise to demolish his barn in return for the barnboards. Boards were removed and taken away with the neighbour left with the still standing frame and roof. Remaining structure was very unstable ,finally fell years later and remains a mess to-day.
