In a related matter they won't let me put two 6 ft dia reinforced concrete tile in the creek behind my house. For 3-4 months of the year it's dry and we sometimes drive across to plant & harvest.
Hope you have better luck than I have with the local authorities. It�s a plain flat �NO� from them unless I spend five+ figures in legal fees and engineering to force them in court.
Doesn't matter there are seven other bridges across that same creek within 3/4 of a mile of my place. They claim another bridge may affect the spring run off and fish habitat???
