Can't help you out with the block number but the square front axle usually means it's an industrial model and the "I" designation may also indicate industrial. If you provided the rest of the serial number on the tag, we could tell you what year it is. Also, if you post this question on the Farmall page, there are several folks there that can give you plenty of info on engine part numbers, etc.
