Originally your tractor was called a Worthington before Jacobsen bought them out. Originally they were made from Model T parts in the 1920's, then Model A parts in the 1930's. Afterwards they used whatever parts they could piece together. I have a G-6 with a Worthington name tag which looks just like yours. It has a truck 4-speed transmission and rear end with no additional gear reduction -- it will probably do 50 MPH which would be quite a ride when you have no suspension! The tractors were used to pull gang mowers for large grassy areas, golf courses and grass landing strips. I saw a picture of one in WW2 used as an airplane tug.
