need advice

i'm working on a wheel horse commando 8 and i cant get one rear wheel off. the rim is rusted to the hub, and the bolt that holds the hub to the axle is really tight and rusted, i bent a craftsman 9mm wrench on it. i've been soaking it in wd40 for about an hour, i've beat and banged it for a while, still no movement. any ideas? thanks
