not sure if you have a 5020 in mind or one that you can get for a reasonable price. also dont know what you are using it for or availability but my personal opinion is the 6030. yes shes a brute but she even heavier then a 5020 and if you get a turbo'ed and intercooled one she just has quite a few more ponies plus rear end is so bullet proof again if they have had maintenance and were taken care of. now with that said a 5020 is a great tractor and would probably work well and im not saying to pass up a good 5020 to get a beat up 6030 but if you could find two side by side equal price (or close) and fairly same hours care etc id opt for the 6030. personally i have a 2640 deere w/a 48 loader for light chores a 4440 w/loader for bigger chores (with one of those lovely quad ranges)(which i hate)(got for the price that cant pass up)(although reason why it was cheap) a 4840 w/power shift which i love that usually gets the planters, and dump cart,a 6030 for plowing discing etc and a 4020 for the hay etc. thats my set up and works pretty well. and to put it in terms that you can understand if a 6030 can stand up to my wife you know its darn tough.

The front end center pin bushing was worn also so I ask that they replace it if they had time. Well, that’s wha
