Any ISP worth its salt will use blacklists and whitelists. Blacklists are lists of addresses (usually not entire domains) that are known to be troublesome. Yes, I know that some entire domains are bad so please dont hammer me on this statement. Whitelists are a way for email to get through if an entire domain has been blocked. Example: Your ISP blocked all mail from "@booboo.com". You should be able to tell your ISP or your email program should be able to be "told" to accept mail from "[email protected]".

If they cannot be flexible, dump them !!!
