thinking of buying a massey-harris 22

I have found a massey-harris 22, it is in ok shape,very little rust on pnls, and no panels seem to be missing, the tires are cracked but was told the tractor works well. The person is asking 1800 Canadian. Does this seem reasonable. he is also including a home made plow operated by a piston on the front and a 3 point hitch on the back, as well as a set of chains. The model # is 22GS1476 and the engine # is FC140G16953. I'm also curious the hp size and if this is a good engine, as well is this a good model.
