In order to remember your password (for posting with your registered name) YT has to set up a cookie on your computer. Most spyware software looks for cookies, and it may be finding that one and reporting it as spyware. If you are using Ad-aware, check the properties of the object. Just right click and I think it"s "display details" or somesuch. It will tell you quite a bit about it. If it"s from YT, it might even be identified as such.
