Check with all the body shops in your area. Talk to the owner or manager and tell him about your tractor and see if you can find any one who seems interested in doing such a project. Some may say its to complicated and not be interest and some may find the job interesting and different. Since a tractor is not smooth like car/truck sheetmetal, you will probably save a bunch on labor if you can do as much prep work as you can do before hand. Clean, prime, sand, anything to get it ready to just spray.
