Not a fake. It happened just like you see it. He's not too bright (obviously). Should have seen him when he decided to wire up a 220V circuit inside his 200amp panel. He thought if you screw in the black wires real fast you limit the amount of juice flowing into your body. .

... He lost the use of the left side of his body for a few days after that one. Now he has taken to welding gas tanks like this. He really had no choice though cuz the tank was leaking and needed fixed real fast.
