Your remarks about lawyers are inappropriate, and reflect a lack of grasping reality.

A good lawyer not only would sue the truck manufacturer, but as well, the lumber yard from which the boards came, the mill that cut them, and or course, the grower of said defective timber products. (When you have a party, you should always invite everybody!)

About the only good to come out of this is if the nitwit leaves a huge life insurance policy and good wife and family.
