Belly Pan for Ford

I have a Ford 850 that I'm using on my woodlot. Occasionally I'm made aware of the fact that I'm not treating the tractor all that gently as we push through stumps and so forth. I'd surely like to have some protection for the more sensitive (and hard to find) parts of the tractor. Anyone have an idea of where I can get some protective gear or how I should fabricate some?
