McCormick Miniature baler

HI, I was at a festival today, and I saw the neatest little fully operational miniature hay baler. I think it was a 1/6 size of a mcCormick baler. (I'm not sure if that is right or not) I need to know two things about it before I need to know my final question. Where could I get a machined kit, or a fully built one? About how much would anyone say it'd cost, rounded up if you're not sure. And last, would it be safe to power it from a Farmall A? They had it hooked to a small hit 'n miss engine, so, I'm not sure if it'd exactly be safe. Thanks for any help!
